Senior Training Schedule Update

Hi everyone,

With the external senior competitions wrapped up for the year, we’re shifting gears and adjusting our senior training schedule.

Here’s what’s changing:


Reduced Training Intensity: We’ll be taking a more relaxed approach to senior training sessions, focusing on enjoyment and maintaining fitness rather than intense competition prep. No More Sunday Evening Seniors: Sunday evening senior trainings are cancelled. New Youth-Focused Session: We’re excited to introduce a new training session specifically for our younger athletes (14-19 years old). This will be held at Balmoral every Sunday from 6pm to 7pm, immediately after the Juniors session. This session is designed to help our youth players develop their skills and prepare for future competitions. High Performance Sessions Continue: High Performance sessions will continue to run every Sunday at Nissan Arena as usual. Brisbane League Continues: The Brisbane League will continue to run every Friday night as scheduled.

Seniors are welcome! While this new session is youth-focused, any seniors who are keen for a Sunday run are more than welcome to join in.

We believe these changes will provide a better balance for all our members as we head into the off-season.
